Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 10, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Call To Glory Ministries LLC ("CTG," "we," "us," or "our") Volunteer Registration and Management Platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have verifiable parental or legal guardian consent if under 18. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Nature of the Platform
The Platform facilitates volunteer registration, coordination, and communication for ministry events and operations. Use of the Platform does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or entitlement to compensation unless expressly agreed in writing.
4. Volunteer Responsibilities
You agree to conduct yourself in accordance with Christian ethical and moral standards, follow all instructions provided by ministry leadership, treat all individuals with dignity and respect, and comply with applicable laws. You must not engage in harassment, discrimination, or misuse of the Platform.
5. Screening and Background Checks
CTG reserves the right to conduct identity verification and background checks where legally permitted. Participation may be denied or revoked based on screening results.
6. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that volunteer activities may involve physical, travel-related, and event-related risks and voluntarily assume such risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Media Release
You grant Call To Glory Ministries LLC a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to capture and use your image, voice, and likeness for ministry content, promotions, and media without compensation.
8. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, including text, graphics, logos, music, and materials, is owned by Call To Glory Ministries LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.
10. Termination
CTG may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason. You may discontinue use at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Call To Glory Ministries LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the minimum required by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Call To Glory Ministries LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. EU residents retain rights under applicable law.
14. Changes to Terms
CTG may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
